About this Website
EnergizeFranklin is a nonprofit organization serving the Town of Franklin and surrounding communities. It is a project of the 350Mass Greater Franklin node, running on the MassEnergize platform. Both are committed to supporting climate action and moving away from burning fossil fuels. For more information on the work of MassEnergize, go to www.massenergize.org.
We wouldn’t have been able to get started without community support and so we’d like to take a moment to thank our original donors. Without these founding members, EnergizeFranklin wouldn’t be possible: Divya & Bipul Agarwal, Sue & Colin Cass, Lindy & Ken Conroe, Bobby Dellorco, Tracey & Rick Larowe, Maria & Michael Lucier, Kim & Scott D. McLean, Tom Mercer, Ray Milici, Jeff Roy, April & Ken Schmaudet, SGE Solar, 350 Mass Greater Franklin Node, Sue & Tom Soko, Carolyn & Rand Barthel, Ted & Pamela McIntyre, Megan McCarthy, Roger & Shelley, and Mark & Lee Minnichelli.
Since our launch in March of 2023, we’ve saught to provide folks with ideas for things they can do to help our planet, the practical steps they need to take, and words of advice from those who’ve taken those steps before them. While the look and a couple of features have recently changed for our website, our goals remain the same. Check out our discussion on the Making Sense of Climate podcast from June 2023 presented to see where we started!
